Who We Are
The Founder — Belinda Fu, MD
Belinda (aka @TheImprovDoc) is a family physician, medical educator, and improvisational actor based in Seattle, Washington. She is passionate about improving people's lives through insight and empowerment. Belinda's creative perspective stems from her unique combination of clinical, teaching, and artistic expertise. Belinda is in frequent demand as a speaker, teacher, and performer. She is a pioneer in the field of Medical Improv, and co-organized the first Annual Medical Improv Train-the-Trainer Workshop. Mayutica (may-YU-tik-ah) is Italian for maieutic; it describes the process of awakening a person's undiscovered knowledge and ideas.
